Each month, a selection of the finest wines is carefully chosen under the expert eye of Xavier Thuizat, revealing gems from his most personal discoveries, offering customers the opportunity to discover rare and prestigious wines without the constraint of bottle service.

Born at the Hospices de Beaune, Xavier Thuizat grew up with vines in his blood.
Crowned “Meilleur Sommelier de France” and “Meilleur Ouvrier de France” in 2022, Xavier is always ready to share his knowledge with simplicity and generosity.
At Grappille, he dreams of a place where wine can be shared without fuss, moving away from the great classics to make way for daring winemakers and bottles that tell a story.

To guarantee your table, we strongly recommend that you make a reservation. Reservations are open from 5:30 p.m. to 10:30 p.m.
We also welcome guests without reservations on a first-come, first-served basis, subject to availability.
Each table is allocated for a maximum of 1.5 hours. After this time, our team will be happy to consider an extension if availability permits.
For any special requests, group reservations, or private events, please contact us directly.
Out of respect for all our guests, unoccupied tables will be reallocated after 15 minutes of delay without any news from you.
