Where we peck at glasses
and where we pick up
hidden treasures

Hidden at 33 Rue Jean Goujon in Paris's 8th arrondissement, our Grappille wine bar is said to be a sensory haven, a place of discovery and pleasure where every glass tells a story.
Each month, a selection of the finest wines is carefully chosen under the expert eye of Xavier Thuizat: 17 wines by the glass and 3 carefully selected champagnes, revealing gems from his most personal discoveries, offering customers the opportunity to discover rare and prestigious wines without the constraint of bottle service.
Exceptional wines just waiting to be discovered, shared, and savored, enhanced by refined “grappillettes.”

Xavier Thuizat
Born at the Hospices de Beaune, Xavier Thuizat grew up with wine in his blood.
From three-Michelin-star restaurants to luxury hotels, he composes wine lists like poems, always on the lookout for new gems and young talent.
Crowned Best Sommelier of France and Best Craftsman of France in 2022, Xavier is always ready to share his knowledge with simplicity and generosity.
At Grappille, he dreams of a place where wine is shared without fuss, moving away from the great classics to make way for daring winemakers and bottles that tell a story.
Here, we taste for pleasure, with curiosity and without pretension, carried along by the infectious enthusiasm of this passionate man who has never lost his authenticity.

Nestled away from view, Trente-trois is a confidential setting where you can savor the free-spirited, contemporary cuisine of Sébastien Sanjou (1 Michelin star). Inspired by his native South, the chef composes sincere, refined dishes, served à la carte or in 2 to 6-course menus.
The elegant, hushed setting extends the experience: here, every detail invites you to relax, discover and enjoy the moment.
For the more curious, the Éphémères - exclusive and unexpected creations - punctuate the journey.
A rare place, to share... or keep to yourself.
