On two consecutive evenings, a rare selection of Burgundy's 33 Grands Crus will be showcased through a unique tasting experience.

These dinners will be held at the Michelin-starred restaurant Trente-trois, where Michelin-starred chef Sébastien Sanjou will create a tailor-made menu designed to complement the finesse and depth of these legendary wines.

The food and wine pairings will be orchestrated by Xavier Thuizat, with a selection of iconic and exceptional vintages chosen to showcase the richness, diversity, and precision of Burgundy's terroirs.

Two rare evenings, designed as a tribute to Burgundy's greatest climats, offering a timeless oenological and gastronomic experience.

To guarantee your table, we strongly recommend that you make a reservation. Reservations are open from 5:30 p.m. to 10:30 p.m.


We also welcome guests without reservations on a first-come, first-served basis, subject to availability.
Each table is allocated for a maximum of 1.5 hours. After this time, our team will be happy to consider extending your reservation if availability permits.


For any special requests, group reservations, or private events, please contact us directly.


Out of respect for all our guests, unoccupied tables will be reallocated after a 15-minute delay without further notice from you.
